Replacement and Returns Policy


If you receive wrong or defective products, please contact Micia Craft within 7 days, we will process the replacement procedure as soon as possible.
When you apply for replacement, the product should be packaged well with the enclosed accessories and free gifts, sent as registered package back to us, and note your name. After we confirm, we will offer the delivery fee, which will be sent out with your new required goods.

For the following conditions, we do not accept replacement: 
1. Over 7 days limit 
2. Used or washed products are not allowed to return and replace 
3. Without original package box/damaged package/dirty package
4. Breakdown, damage, scratch, dirty of package caused by human factors


When you apply for returns of goods, the product should have complete package without damages, enclosed accessories or free gifts, use registered package with original carton and package to send back us, and note your name on the package.

After receiving your returned products and confirm, we will refund the product value, which already deducted the handling charge, the payment method will be the same as yours.

The following conditions are not accepted to return: 
1. Over 7 days limit 
2. Once the product has been used or washed 
3. No/damaged/dirty box and package
4. Breakdown, damage, scratch, dirty of package caused by human factors

The handling charge including:
1. The commision charge 3% by credit card/ Transmit fee NTD17 by ATM
2. The first delivery fee for the product 
3. The transition fee NTD45 for bank
